The hotel was built in 2004 and reformed in 2008.
There is one 5-floor building with 75 rooms:
45 standard double rooms (single beds, max. 2 pax, 15 m2),
21 standard triple rooms (max. 2+1 pax, 18 m2),
3 superior double rooms (rooms with one double bed or two single beds, max. 3 pax, 25 m2),
6 junior suites (salon and bedroom (sliding door in 4 rooms, no door in 2 rooms) max. 4 pax, 25–30 m2).
There is a single bed for the 3rd person (80 cm sofa bed for children), and a sofa bed for the 4th person.
There are 3 rooms for disabled.
